As we expand our team, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Solutions Consultant Team Leader, with a focus on Marketo and Marketing Automation expertise, to join us.

As a Marketing Solutions Consultant Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in project management, campaign execution, and team mentorship.

• Leading and mentoring a team of marketing consultants, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure team success.
• Fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing ongoing training, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
• Building and maintain strong relationships with clients representing the agency in a professional and positive manner.
• Collaborating with clients and team members to develop innovative and effective marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
• Overseeing project deliverables and campaign execution.
• Working with business partners and team to develop recommendations for and implement lead management, grading, and scoring optimization.
• Consulting clients and getting a clear understanding of their pain points, goals, and ideas.
• Consulting clients on their path forward, including building on their ideas, offering optimizations and or best practices, while discussing limitations of Marketo when needed.
• 35+ years of digital marketing, marketing automation or marketing operations experience.
• Licenses (PMP, Marketo Certification, etc.) are considered an asset.
• A strong understanding of marketing automation and CRMs (e.g. Marketo and Salesforce) is required.
• Interpersonal and influencing skills to achieve goals in Marketing Automation Canada's collaborative environment.
• Experience in client and team management, with ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong knowledge of database management and/or digital marketing best practices.
• Strong attention to detail for QA processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Strong decision making skills
• Able to identify problems and find creative solutions independently with competing priorities.
