We are the installers of the world's most trusted pool finishes We are experiencing unprecedented growth and are in need of additional crew members to handle the additional needs of our customers.

Our office is in Stoney Creek but we work in some of the most prestigous homes throughout the province

Plaster Finisher Responsibilities:
Finishers are required to work Monday through Friday and Saturday from time to time. Occasional overnight stays are required, with per diem provided for food.

Be at our facility at the appointed time ready to start your shift with proper safety attire and equipment.

Must adhere to safety requirements and procedures, and wearing of required safety equipment and clothing.

Customer focused - take responsibility for customer relationships, appropriately represent company on all job sites and while traveling on public streets and highways.

Problem prevention/solving - able to proactively identify and solve problems and enlist the help of others as necessary.

Daily responsibilities may vary during training period.

At the shop, the crew will ensure daily that the truck is cleaned and loaded for the next day. Thorough truck cleaning will be performed weekly.

Plaster Finisher Physical Demands

Must be able to climb in and out of the truck and pool many times a day

Must be able to lift 100 lbs

Must be able to stand for up to ~8 hours per shift (in a pool, on spikes/cleats)

Trainees preferably have some cement finishing experience (but we are willing to train anybody that has the right attitude)

Basic construction experience highly preferred for trainees

Class DZ license is a plus, but not required.

Pay is bi-weekly, with total compensation based on experience level and expertise.
