- Telecommunications Management Certificate; equivalent education and experience considered.
- 8-10 years years' hands-on technical and maintenance experience with Nortel PBX, Cisco VoIP and Cisco Unity Connection Voicemail and Cisco Unified Contact Centre.
- Familiarity with the University campus would be considered an asset.
- Computer proficiency using MS office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and Google.
