Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery
• Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors and suppliers
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide training, and address any issues or concerns

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Proven track record in restaurant management, including team management and development
• Ability to effectively communicate with staff, customers, and vendors
• Proficient in food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
