Summary:

Review captured projects SOW (Statement of Work) and develop a detailed project plan for assigned project tasks using task grouping, sequencing and linked interdependencies;
Maintain contract folder for each project to ensure an accurate record of all project related issues;

Responsibilities:

Setup ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) with required Work Orders for tracking assigned projects;
Coordinate and ensure proper planning of manpower for assigned projects;
Plan tooling, material, external services and facility requirements for assigned projects;
Raise Order Requests for all external tooling, material & services required for the assigned projects;
Retrieve all required technical reference data (CAMP cards, flight docs, STLMC, OEM instructions) required to complete the work package for production;
Ensure the complete work package is printed with all Work Orders & technical reference data required for production to execute the assigned projects;
Lead Project Kick Off Meeting with all project stakeholders to review the contract, project plan, shortages, work package and risk mitigation plan for assigned project;
Lead Project Kick Off Meeting with client to review the contract, project plan, and changes in scope;

Requirements:

University; Bachelor of Commerce
5 years experience managing aircraft maintenance projects
Microsoft Project
PMP an asset
