Smitty's Family Restaurants in Northgate hiring a Restaurant/Lounge Supervisor for their store.

This location has a full service restaurant as well as a lounge with VLT's.

  • 1 Year of Restaurant Supervisory experience
  • Extensive lounge / VLT experience

  • Must provide a current police clearance

Job responsibilities:

  • Training and development of staff members
  • Able and willing to work in all areas of the restaurant & lounge
  • Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures
  • Responsible for cash management
  • Oversee and respond to customer concerns
  • Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics which inspire Team Members to meet and exceed standards.
