    Senior Backend Engineer (Golang) We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to help expand and maintain our web-based job submission platform. This role is critical to ensuring scalability, reliability, and security as we grow our quantum computing infrastructure. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in a wide range of software engineering disciplines and has a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and implement backend services and APIs for our job submission and user management platform.
    • Develop and maintain efficient data transfer objects (DTOs) for high-performance communication.
    • Architect systems that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
    • Implement monitoring, instrumentation, and deployment pipelines for production systems.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with quantum computing workflows.

    Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in a backend development role.
    • Strong proficiency in Golang and backend development.
    • Experience with systems architecture and API design.
    • Solid understanding of concurrency, thread safety, and performance optimization.
    • Familiarity with monitoring, instrumentation, and deployment best practices.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with OPA (Open Policy Agent) for policy enforcement.
    • Knowledge of Keycloak or similar identity and access management tools.
    • Background in security best practices for backend systems.
    • Exposure to cloud-native environments and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes on Azure).
    • Some experience with frontend development (React, NextJS, etc).
    • Knowledge of DBA, NoSQL (MongoDB) and Redis.

    Responsabilités Principales

    • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des services backend et des API pour notre plateforme de gestion de jobs et utilisateurs.
    • Développer et maintenir des objets de transfert de données (DTO) efficaces pour des communications haute performance.
    • Concevoir des systèmes évolutifs, maintenables et sécurisés.
    • Mettre en œuvre la surveillance, l'instrumentation et les pipelines de déploiement pour les systèmes en production.
    • Collaborer avec des équipes interdisciplinaires pour intégrer les services backend aux workflows de calcul quantique.

    Qualifications

    • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en développement backend.
    • Maîtrise de Golang et du développement backend.
    • Expérience en architecture des systèmes et conception d'API.
    • Bonne compréhension de la concurrence, de la sécurité des threads et de l'optimisation des performances.
    • Familiarité avec les meilleures pratiques de surveillance, d'instrumentation et de déploiement.
    • Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.

    Atouts
