Job summary
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Organic Social + Community Manager who can both think and execute.This role owns organic social execution AND community growth across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube (Shorts).
You should be comfortable turning strategy into weekly action,
repurposing UGC into high-performing native content,
and understanding how organic social supports revenue,
retention, and performance channels.
