Job Title:
Warehouse Assistant Manager


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and accurate work
  • Coordinate and monitor inventory management, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
  • Implement and improve warehouse processes to optimize productivity and minimize errors
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of operations
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in the warehouse
  • Prepare reports on warehouse activities, such as inventory levels, productivity, and performance

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a warehouse setting
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including inventory management and shipping/receiving processes
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and other departments

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$41,000.00-$46,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Montréal, QC H4N 1H4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)
