Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with sales team members to achieve collective goals
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress
Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Multilingual abilities (if applicable)
- Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems
- Knowledge of the automotive repair industry (preferred but not required)
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software
