    Job Summary


    The Asphalt Plant Foreman directs and manages all on-site construction workers, subcontractors and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation of the asphalt plant.



    • Ensure quality asphalt production using button controls and computer-controlled blending systems.

    • Demonstrate technical understanding of different mix designs, aggregates, AC oils, test results.

    • Maintenance troubleshooting without compromising safety or environment including performing daily walk-around inspections reporting any issues found to management team through regular reports such as completion log sheets among other company protocols.
