Job Description:

As a Team Member with The Grounds Guys of Barrie, you must be a self-starter who can interact with your co-workers, have a strong work ethic, be able to manage time to meet deadlines.

As a Team Member, you are responsible for assisting the Lead in performing the delivery of services.

Our clients trust us to provide quality services which are key in helping us live out our values every day.

Responsibilities:

Operates a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, dump trailers, chainsaws, line trimmers, and tillers
Assists with equipment maintenance and repair under supervision of the Team Lead
Performs other duties as required
Willing and eager to learn new skills as well as grow with our team.

Requirements:

One year experience in this or a related field is required
Valid Driver's License with clean record
Own reliable transportation to shop
Able to work days, weekends, early morning, early evening
Willingness to work occasional overtime
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature
