The Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategy sales plan to continually achieve or exceed targeted business objectives
- Responsible for recruitment and training for the Commercial Sales Team
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales cadence
- Strategically lead the development Commercial sales pipeline
- Responsible for exceeding revenue targets for assigned Commercial Sales Team
- Develop a sales strategy for the assigned territories that will identify and target prospects
- Effectively manage and orchestrate the closing of both strategic and transactional deals within sales cycle
- Effectively utilize all company resources available in supporting sales campaigns
- Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of proven and documented Sales Leadership/Management
- Ability to motivate a team of high performing & experienced sellers
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to succeed in a fastpaced environment
- The ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds
- Strong leadership and consensus building skills to influence others based on your credibility, shared respect and strategic planning experience
- College degree or equivalent preferred

The Role & Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager of Supply will ensure that we offer quality classes to meet and to drive demand of homeschooling in the states.
- Lead supply growth to insure the business can scale to meet consumer demand
- Build and manage long lasting partner relationships
- Educate clients on all significant product changes and cascade feedback on product and policy to the relevant internal stakeholders
- Work crossfunctionally with product, demand marketing, supply management teams to ensure our longterm market success
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in English
- 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management and partner support
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Experience building and strengthening relationships with external partners
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment
- Experience in educational company (as an educator or at a company serving educators) is preferred
- Fluency in Chinese is a plus
Pay:
$16.65-$23.00 per hour
