Vape Nation Canada is currently looking for a store manager for our Hamilton location. The starting wage of $19 will go up to $21 after a 6 month month probation period. Problem solving skills and initiative are a huge must for this position. Store managers at Vape Nation are responsible for overseeing staff, product stock and overall operations of the location. As a growing business, managers are encouraged to help refine daily operations when necessary. Being a self driven individual is crucial to thrive within our always changing and adapting environment.

As our center for online operations our Hamilton store manager is also responsible for overseeing and fulfilling mailed packages from our online store.

Shopify experience is a huge asset to this position but will be taught if necessary.

The E-cigarette industry is growing at a rapid rate and new shops are opening every week.

Our goal here is to offer customers the best experience possible with the biggest selection in comparison to our competitors.

We are looking for a dedicated worker who will continue to help us grow as a business and continue to thrive within this very competitive industry.

Duties:

Customer service
Overseeing staff productivity, daily checklist completion and overall store cleanliness
Effective and thorough communication with staff
Product orders and inventory
Report back to our district manager
Online store operation (Packaging, fulfillment and mailing of online orders)
Online store customer service
Finding tasks to improve overall store maintenance, customer satisfaction and operations.
