Job Summary

RC Richcity Construction is looking for a
Stucco Plasterer to join our team for our projects throughout the Lower Mainland. We specializing in stucco installation and repair. This position includes full-time, permanent, year-round work and competitive wages.

A strong work ethic is a must.

We pay based on experience, skill level and performance.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Work with paper wire lath
Build frames scaffolding
Clean and prepare surfaces
Mix stucco ingredients in trough to desired consistency
Apply, level and smooth coats of plaster using trowels, floats, brushes, and spraying equipment
Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings
Finish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if required
Other duties may be assigned to you by your foreman

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard working and dependable
Carpentry skill an asset
Safety training and First Aid will be considered an asset
Physically demanding bending crouching, kneeling, requires good attention to detail, handeye coordination
PPE required

Salary & Benefits:

Bonus provided after consecutive employment of one year

Salary:
$20 to $32.00 per hour (dependent on experience, capabilities, and your personnel learning curve)
