YOUR DAY TO DAY

Implementing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Managing and optimizing the operational activities of the marketing department, including campaign execution, content creation, and digital marketing efforts.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a unified and effective market approach.
Adapting strategies based on market trends and performance data.
Leading the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximum impact.
Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitors to identify challenges and opportunities.
Understand the variety of market segments we are in and what our customers are looking for in each segment.
Spearheading customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
Proficiently leading a team by providing adequate resources and insightful guidance to maximize productivity and achieve collective goals with Marketing Team Members.
Cultivating a resultsdriven culture within the marketing team, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement.
Living our core values and contributing with feedback, suggestions, and ideas to make the company successful.

WHAT YOU BRING:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role within a similar industry.
Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Indepth knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field or extensive experience working as a marketing manager.
