    Source Atlantic is seeking an Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Saint John, NB.

    Reporting to the Branch Manager, the key responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator include:

  • Handling daily cash transactions, including cash reconciliation
  • Preparing bank deposits and other banking needs
  • Preparing and managing invoicing
  • Organizing and maintaining documents
  • Requisition purchase orders for supplies and service
  • Reconciling credit card transactions and resolving discrepancies
  • Monitoring and tracking expenses
  • Assisting with customer inquiries at the counter
  • The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Highschool education
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Energetic, self-motivated, a good work ethic
  • Interest in working in an industrial, customer focused environment
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office would be considered assets
