    Description

    Main Duties and Responsibilities

    • Enters donation data and produces regular and as needed donation reports, statistics, online graphs and charts
    • Prepares segmented fundraising lists and files for various appeals, specifically direct mail and online appeals
    • Maintains the database system with donor information updates
    • Prepares donor related correspondence and documentation; including thank-you letters and Celiac Canada outreach materials
    • Supports the team with events, activities, and volunteer recruitment
    • Assists with the preparation of Foundation proposals
    • Assists with the delivery of donor and volunteer engagement and recognition programs and events
    • Helps maintain online presence and branding accuracy with external online portals
    • Supports the Fundraising Manager with various administrative tasks
    • Stewards prospects, donors, and volunteers appropriately as needed
    • Provides reports and updates on fundraising projects to the Fundraising Manager
    • Administers the Monthly Giving Program

    SKILLS

    • 3-5 years experience working in the Development Office of a non- profit environment
    • Experience with managing a CRM database (Donor Perfect preferred)
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work independently and as a team player
    • Meticulous dedication to accuracy and details
    • Ability to produce high-quality work and manage multiple competing priorities with often tight deadlines and last minute requests
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
    • Excellent data base management skills
    • Experience with working with and supporting donors and volunteers
    • Exceptional customer service skills/donor relations
    • Proven ability to successfully work remotely
    • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
    • Direct experience working with Constant Contact and Canada Helps is an asset

    This is a 4 day a week hybrid position ( fully remote within 6 months)

    Location Preference: GTA

    Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 Annually
