We are looking for a customer-oriented
Parter Support Representative for an 18-month contract with the potential of extension or conversion to permanent.

The
Partner Support team is the front-line customer service department that interacts with our Partners. This is a business-to-business role to help assist LendCare partners with any questions.

Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that our Partners are always receiving the type of service quality they expect
Ask great questions to identify the Partners needs and efficiently resolve inquiries
Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end
Provide worldclass customer service during every customer interaction
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services

Requirements:

At least 2 years experience working inbound customer service, call center and/or sales role
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in high paced work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Full time availability (40 hours/week)
Able to work in our Mississauga or Pickering office 50% of the time (Hybrid)

Operational hours:

Weekdays from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm
Weekends from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm
