    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels, overseeing website maintenance, and contributing to content creation. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to execute photoshoots, administer marketing campaigns, and stay up to date with industry trends. You will use your creativity and initiative to deliver a quality product within established deadlines.     Responsibilities

    • Efficiently manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and email marketing campaigns with professionalism.
    • Oversee website development and maintenance collaboratively with external web developer, post small changes and content updates.
    • Contribute to content creation based on marketing strategy and brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all electronic and physical media.
    • Develop social media calendars and execute creative asset posting.
    • Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring high-quality content.
    • Coordinate with clients, staff, photographers, videographers, designers, and other stakeholders.
    • Administer projects, operating within an approved budget.
    • Independently or collaboratively create and administer marketing programs and materials.
    • Plan and execute corporate gift and recognition programs.
    • Effective utilization of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.
    • Administer client inquiries.
    • Maintain effective communication with internal and external teams.
    • Stay informed about industry marketing trends and contribute to Covenant's brand development.

    Qualifications Preferred

    • Strong understanding of Christian biblical principles.
    • Post secondary education in marketing, communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics) and web hosting platforms (Wordpress)
    • Any experience in video production/editing or photography is an asset.
    • Knowledge of financial services is an asset.
    • Experience in copyrighting, trademarking, press releases is an asset.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Ability to adapt and work collaboratively.

    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

    Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
