The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for the maintenance and physical condition of all Dilico Facilities. The Maintenance Team Leader will ensure agency facilities meet the standards set by the Agency and relevant legislation.
The Maintenance Team Leader is directly responsible for the assignment and coordination and/or execution of activities within the Maintenance group to ensure a productive workforce that supports the facility.
The Maintenance Team Leader will report on-going conditions of the facilities to the Facility Operations Manager, and will ensure that available resources are used to the best advantage of Dilico.
Hours of Work: 32.5 hours per weekMust have:
The ability to work flexible hours as determined by the Maintenance Team Lead in relation to service requirements; must possess a Class "G" Driver's License and have access to a personal vehicle; must provide a criminal records check with vulnerable sector search; must possess or be willing to obtain a Standard First Aid and/or CPR certificate; must possess or be willing to obtain Fall and Arrest training;
