Clear Ocean Seafood is a CFIA and FDA registered seafood wholesaler and manufacturer. With its commitment to supplying the highest quality and sustainably harvested scallops, Clear Ocean Seafood Ltd. has quickly grown to successfully position itself as a trusted and consistent supplier to its customers.

Clear Ocean's 20+ years of expertise with frozen scallop production ensures our customers are provided with direct access to continuous year-round supply.

Our customer base has been being focused on distributors and wholesalers in North America. We do NOT sell direct or provide delivery to restaurants or retailers.

Due to the fast growth of business, we are opening a Sales Manager position to drive company sales by continually identifying new sales opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish and track annual sales budget
Develop and deal with prospective distributors with distribution capabilities.
Directly sell largescale or whole container on behalf of manufacturers
Create and execute sales leads strategies
Vet incoming sale inquires for quality valid opportunities
Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and establish pricing to prospective and current customers
Establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers
Conduct market research and trends to find out consumer demand, potential sales and competition.
Achieve set targets and objectives.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
Strong negotiation, and sales skills over the phone
Experience or Knowledge of the seafood markets is an asset
Possess proven analytical/problem solving solution for the customer and the company
Proficiency in MS office including Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint etc.
Well organized, detail oriented with good time management skills
Self starter and high energy
