about this team:


The People Analytics & Insights team at lululemon is on a journey to create a high-performance work culture by support the People & Culture (HR) organization and the business with data-driven insights.

As a People Analytics Partner Manager, you will work closely with the Business Partners, CoEs, and the People Analytics team to innovate and build metrics & analytical products that our business leaders need to help scale and grow lululemon.

You will be responsible for collaborating with and supporting stakeholders and partners, using data to influence key strategic business decisions, and scale insights as we grow our work.


a day in the life:


  • Collaborate with People & Culture stakeholders to understand key business priorities and challenges to design the right actionable people metrics and insights
  • Consult on the build and delivery of analytical and BI solutions, such as scorecards and dashboards, including guides and other supportive materials.
  • Presents data findings and insights across all levels of leadership including senior leadership, and stakeholders in a compelling way and facilitates discussion.
  • Scale and champion selfservice by guiding stakeholders to find disseminating knowledge and products available to stakeholders to meet their immediate needs.
  • Serve as a liaison back to the broader People Analytics team regarding the needs of the business for roadmap consideration
  • Analyze and interpret large and complex people data sets to distill insights; connect disparate ideas into cohesive recommendations
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to provide a organized and holistic analyses of the workforce.
  • Work on strategically advise project teams to design actionable metrics & analytics from a variety of different sources.
  • Socializing and ensuring consistency around data quality through the development of educational programs and process improvements.
  • Support ad hoc requests for analysis for stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of data analysts, ensuring cohesion of reported metrics and development
  • Contribute to strategy of People Analytics BP vertical

qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience transforming and analyzing people data from multiple sources to drive business insights
  • Strong experience with statistics (e.g., correlations, group differences, and regressions are just the start), analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI and Excel
  • Excellent communication skills and experience successfully partnering with senior leaders to drive improved outcomes for the business through analytics.
  • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and detail orientation
  • Proven ability to deliver presentations to stakeholders that tell a compelling story using analytics relevant to the audience.
  • Experience with employees and organizational data is preferred required
  • Advanced People Analytics domain knowledge required
  • Discretion and experience working with sensitive and confidential data
  • Training in a quantitative field, computer science, economics, or other relevant fields.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, problemsolving skills, and creativity
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, written, and verbal communication skills
  • SQL mastery, querying, data mining & cleaning skills
  • Experience with R or Python is required
  • Experience with Workday and Avature a plus
