Position Summary:
The
Project Coordinator will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, representing their interests at all times to multiple stakeholders and providing technical and project leadership to the team they oversee.

The Project Coordinator will organize and coordinate construction projects from start to finish according to commitment, schedule, specifications and budget.
One of the key responsibilities of this person is to manage all 3rd Party Service Provider related business with strong partnership maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare construction milestones and monitor progress against established timelines
- Collaborate with construction management team on contracts, revisions or additions to agreements with architects, engineers, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare original budgets, purchasing plan, price and process changes and internal accounting revisions
- Manage projects with focus on excellence in terms of profit, deadlines, quality and maintaining positive client relationships
- Identify, mitigate and manage risk areas of the project, involve senior management immediately on potential loss items
- Demonstrates a willingness to take on new tasks with a general attitude that no task is too small, impossible, or cannot be improved
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct professionally with mindset to obtain project, consultant, and client references and repeat business
Qualifications/Skills
- Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices ideally in a fast paced start up environment
- Must have relevant experience in a similar role in construction
- Demonstrated project and budget management skills
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors, clients and consultants
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both
English and Mandarin
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, accounting, or a related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook; in addition to Google communication tools like Gmail, Google Docs and Google Drive
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
- 2+ years supervisory experience in operations or construction related field
- Multiteam management experience
