Our client is in search of a Senior Project Control Officer (PCO) for a significant financial services Agile refresh program. This role will support the Program Management Office (PMO) in ensuring compliance and alignment with the bank's processes and methodologies. Responsibilities include reporting and portfolio analysis, facilitating change and performance improvements, financial management such as tracking, monitoring, and processing invoices, providing financial insights for project and portfolio health, managing documents and communications at the program or project level, and assisting teams in adding or removing system access for employees. The role supports the Project Management team and requires familiarity with Project Management Frameworks.

***This is a hybrid position, requiring working onsite 3x/week (near Union)***

Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Agile and implementing governance, risk management frameworks
• Experience in developing processes used for training
• Creation of dashboards for portfolios/programs, including experience in creating new processes, charts (Gantt), and templates on Confluence or JIRA
• Providing analysis of portfolio financial health and issues to delivery leads
• Strong understanding of SDLC and working within a portfolio environment
• Experience working or supporting Project Managers (or as a Junior/Entry PM) on project documentation, with an understanding of the importance of project governance
• Preferred experience in Enterprise Financial Services

Nice to Have Skills:

• PMO level experience, currently working as a PMO, or working with the EPMO
• Some Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
