Description

As part of the GeoRadar Group, GeoScan provides services for the entire lifecycle of the construction project, and you'll benefit from this full-scope approach by cross-training and working closely with other teams as well as Division and Project Managers.

As our AutoCAD Drafter (Surveying), your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Drafting civil and topographic plans amongst others
Collaborating with other departments in the organization
Generating surfaces

On your resume, we will be looking for the following:

Minimum 1-2 years of drafting experience within Land Surveying/Civil
Demonstrated experience using Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
Able to read and interpret survey and civil plans Experience in working with Surveyors, Project Managers, and field staff
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Examples of experience in similar roles
Excellent computer skills
