As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and spearhead our eCommerce and Digital marketing campaign efforts.
Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist with a primary focus on eCommerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital marketing initiatives forward.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our online presence, increase brand visibility, and drive sales through various digital channels.
This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing trends.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive eCommerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
- Work with our Account Managers to manage and optimize our eCommerce platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience and implementing best practices for online sales.
- Design and implement targeted digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google, Social Media, eCommerce Retailers, etc ) to reach our target audience and achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and make datadriven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with the sales, product, and creative teams to develop compelling marketing assets and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in eCommerce and digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3 years) in digital marketing, with a focus on eCommerce and digital campaigns.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite which includes, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and proficiency in managing online retailers.
- Handson experience with digital advertising platforms (Google, Social Media, eCommerce Retailers, etc ) and a track record of successful campaign management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make datadriven decisions.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and the ability to develop compelling marketing content.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Passionate about staying updated on industry trends and continuously learning and improving.
Job Types:

Pay:
$60,000.00 per year
