Your duties will be to manage all inbound requests. You'll be helping patients put their health first.

Responsibilities:

Qualification and Consultation: Engage with potential customers to identify their needs, answer questions, and provide tailored solutions based on their requirements.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our service and its benefits. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with prospective customers through consistent communication and followups.
Customer Nurturing: Track and manage patient profiles in customer relationship management system, ensuring timely followup and accurate documentation of interaction activities.
Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and technical experts to provide seamless customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

Previous experience with phone based sales including customer service or sales roles, preferably in the medical or diagnostic imaging field.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to build rapport and establish longterm customer relationships.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive mindset.
A passion for healthcare and a desire to contribute to improving patient outcomes through advanced technologies.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
