What You Will Be Doing

  • Wrapping, loading, and unloading of overseas containers
  • Prepare shipments for shipping, load lift vans, crates and maintain a supply of such crates
  • Supervise and oversee the handling of goods in the warehouse: receiving and shipping.
  • Load air/LCL shipment onto freight trucks for export and unload incoming shipments from freight trucks
  • Keep warehouse clear of clutter and ensure safety standards are maintained
  • Ensure safe work practices are maintained by the local crew and anyone who enters the warehouse
  • Maintain equipment inventory for local trucks and warehouse
  • Inventory management for packing supplies: replenish when needed.
  • Ensure customer's goods are stored safely and securely

What You Will Bring Along
years of moving experience required

  • General knowledge relating to the moving industry
  • Forklift experience and driver's license is a must
  • Proficient spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Selfstarter and a team player
  • Being willing to go on a job, as needed
  • Organized, multitasker and a problem solver with a positive attitude

Salary:
From $25.00 per hour
