Key Responsibilities:

Manage Incoming Calls:


  • Effectively manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer service by identifying and assessing customers' needs and providing accurate, valid and complete information

Finesse / IQship System Maintenance

  • Summarizing calls into Finesse System
  • Act as a backup to team members



Requirements:


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Oneyear related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Bilingual
  • Computer Literacy
  • Ability to maintain working hours in different time zones (particularly Pacific Time Zone)
