Key Responsibilities:
Manage Incoming Calls:
- Effectively manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer service by identifying and assessing customers' needs and providing accurate, valid and complete information
Finesse / IQship System Maintenance
- Summarizing calls into Finesse System
- Act as a backup to team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Oneyear related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Bilingual
- Computer Literacy
- Ability to maintain working hours in different time zones (particularly Pacific Time Zone)
