• Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate department, and, accept phone in reservations, enquiries, cancellations, and general information.
• Greet incoming guests and potential clients with a smile.
• Operate front desk computer, including system maintenance and general office duties.
• Must be fluent in Cloud based reservation platforms such as Cloudbeds.
• Answer questions from guests and provide information about the hotel and services.
• Complete various administrative tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of your workplace surroundings.
• Resolve issues or complaints.
• Communicate effectively with other team members, vendors, hotel departments, etc.
