This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, located in Calgary, AB.
The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales inquiries, maintaining positive client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Daily tasks will include consulting with customers to understand their needs, developing tailored solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve company goals.
The role also involves learning to recondition and test circuit breakers, shipping / receiving and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and accurate order processing.
We work Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm closed weekends and holidays.Qualifications
Proficient in Inside Sales and Lead Generation techniques
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Experience with electrical or industrial products is an asset
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an advantage
