We are building tools that modernize how companies raise and manage debt, lowering the barriers to entry to the $7 trillion specialty finance and alternative credit market for companies around the world.

We were founded last year and have been growing fast so are looking for someone to set the tone for our next phase of technical development.


About the role:


This is a role for someone that wants to supercharge their learning and development when it comes to building a start-up.

We're looking for someone who's smart, hardworking, and entrepreneurial to contribute to the operations, marketing, and business development processes at our company to help us continue to grow rapidly.

You will report directly to the CEO and be trusted to help tackle our most pressing business challenges.


What You'll Do

  • Operations: streamline our business processes related to how our company operates including onboarding, finances, and more
  • Revops: you will help build better processes and follow up with ongoing sales conversations to help push them through the funnel
  • Business development: build lists of leads for our sales funnel and maintain our sales CRM
  • Marketing: work with our marketing team to increase awareness for our solutions
  • Work with other departments as needed to collaborate on projects that span outside of engineering
  • Organization: improve how we organize sales and business development data so that we can be more efficient
  • Roll up your sleeves and get involved wherever the biggest business challenges lay

Skills And Experience

  • Ability to operate in a fastmoving environment supporting a rapidly growing business
  • 12 years of experience, ideally in a banking / consulting /BD / bizops focused role
  • Broad experience in multiple domain areas, especially in data related areas
  • Startup or business building experience a plus, especially in fintech, SaaS, or B2B focused companies
  • Track record of creative problem solving and the desire to create and build new processes at the appropriate scale
