    Hiring position: Partnerships associate

    About us: StudentRDH is the #1 dental hygiene boards review in the US and Canada. Every year, we help thousands of dental hygiene. Students successfully passed the NBDHE/NDHCE. Other brands under the same company include:

    Our mission is to help others becomes a successful person they deserve to be. We do this through education, mentorship, and partnership. We are proud that our students, team members, and new grads trust our brand. They are the reason we continue try to be better. Our focus is dental hygiene.

    Job description: Besides educational content, we would like to also enhance the values we provide to our users (students, new grads, faculties, RDHs) by working with allies and partners.

    For example:

    We want to find do more giveaways with our sponsors. We just don't have the time and manpower to finalize contracts, and making sure the giveaways are property executed.

    We want to "donate or sponsor" more presentation to help associations elevate their connection with their students. We started conversations, but we are not doing a good job following up.

    We want to "negotiate" special pricing on products for our users.

    We want to help other brands expand their exposure by reaching our users, whom can be their target audience.

    In sum, we are trying to create a win-win-win scenario, where our users/partners/our company work together to maximize value.

    Key responsibilities:

    The general scope include:

    Research products/brands/services that align with our users and goals

    Communicate, pitch ideas, find win-win-win grounds

    Finalize details, contracts, invoices

    Follow through the terms (includes social media marketing with partnerships such as giveaways)

    Create documentation for each step

    Have a presence in dental conferences and booth if needed

    Social media influencer campaigns

    Brand ambassador management

    Venues to seek partnerships

    Conferences

    Sponsors, partners

    Influencers (social media)

    Associations, meetings

    Magazines, articles

    Investment groups

    Podcasts

    Social media

    And more

    Requirements:

    Proactive mindset to knock on doors and not being afraid of rejections

    Excellent communication and networking skills

    Positive attitude that can inspire the team, our users, and partners

    Organization skills

    Creative thinking, negotiating skills

    Proficiency in digital systems (emails, Microsoft business suite, systems, etc.)

    Experience in marketing, sales, partnerships, management (preferred)

    Experience in dentistry (required)

    Willingness to represent the company and our users

    Travel to conferences about 5-8 times a year

    Knowledge of influencer programs on social media

    Use of ChatGPT or AI tools to facilitate work

    Reports to:

    Founder/CEO and Head of Marketing

    Position: Contract of about 10hrs/week, that can turn into a part-time position

    Benefits: Conference travel and meals expensed, flexible work hours, work from home, bonus according to achievables
