Description

Bookkeeper needed, with over 25 years of experience, to prepare invoices, payroll, WISB, and CRA, once a month.

This a work-from-home position

Details:

3.5 to 4 hours maximum monthly needed
The monthly payment is $225 for all services listed below
Preparation of up to 30 invoices and 12 payrolls, once a month.
80% of all invoices and payroll are based on the same monthly fixed amounts, every month, not based on hourly rates.

Requirements:

Retired or working parttime (preferred to work with a professional who is not too busy and does not have a partner or associates)
Preparation of payroll once a month. (etransfers, no cheques)
File payroll report with CRA. File payroll report with WSIB.
Prepare and file HST/GST returns.
Account reconciliation/monthly report.
Prepare T4s for all employees at the end of the year.
End year taxes, etc. to be ready and organized for Chartered accountant to inspect and file.
