- Financial Modelling & Forecasting Oversight: Supervising the development and maintenance of robust financial models, ensuring accurate and insightful financial forecasts.
- Strategic Planning & Partnership: Collaborating with senior leadership across all departments to translate strategic goals into actionable financial plans.
- Performance Management: Working collaboratively with HQ FP&A function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with established procedures.
- Financial Reporting: Owning the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting processes.
- You have 5+ years of experience working in and developing high-performing teams with a focus on accounting, finance, analytics, and/or reporting.
- You have a proven track record of developing and implementing robust financial planning and analysis processes, including annual operating budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
- You have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to dissect complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making.
- You have strong commercial and financial acumen.

About The Role
Hopp is seeking a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join the Canadian business under the Planning & Analysis domain.
