Responsibilities:

• Monitoring inventory levels and inventory aging
• Ordering and replenishing low stock
• Organizing bin and stock locations
• Selling and ordering parts and accessories for customers
• Managing customer expectations and providing solutions to customer problems
• Managing all other parts department staff
• Sourcing part suppliers
• Submitting and managing all parts related warranty claims
• Shipping and receiving of parts inventory
• Developing effective parts processes for both internal and external customers
• Developing and managing vendor relationships
• Identify and resolve all issues in parts department and ensure achievement of all short and long term objectives.
• Completing parts counts as required
• Communicating and assisting with the sales and service department as needed

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a parts technician
• Customer service experience
• Strong leadership abilities
• Journeyman Parts Technician/ Parts Person considered an asset
• Computer literacy in excel, word and dealer management systems
• Ability to multi task
• Strong mechanical knowledge
• Powersports experience considered an asset
• Self motivated and able to work under little supervision
• Problem solving skills

Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Wetaskiwin, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
