Based out of our unique Winnipeg Home Office and reporting to the SVP, Retail Operations, you are a creative Leader that can

What will you do?:


  • Model and coach what it means to Lead a Team and deliver great service.
  • Empower a Team to lead the daily operations of our Stores and champion new strategies that help us strive to be better. Because you are great with people, you know how to navigate those situations with judgment and empathy. You coach and get out of the way to let the Team thrive and grow.
  • As a growing company with a focus on service, you will empower and align a Team that works with a sense of urgency and pride in their work.
  • Lead multiple stores across provinces but make it a priority to visit your Team frequently to build relationships and connect with their work.
  • Recognize, develop and celebrate our Teams to continue to build on our amazing culture. Although we are growing and creating opportunity we don't want to feel like a big and impersonal company, you will help us do it in a way that still feels like the company where we know everyone's name.
  • You empower and promote Teamwork. We are all in this together, that means Teamwork is more than a value that sits on the wall; as Leaders, we are there to serve our Team.
