As a digital marketing coordinator, you will be one of our primary campaign execution experts, supporting the launch of over 700 campaigns each year.

You'll ensure campaigns are live and in-market on-time, following tracking and measurement standards for optimization and reporting.

What you'll do:

Set up and launch paid media campaigns on various platforms (e

g, Google Marketing platform:
CM/SA/DV360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)

Communicate creative and copy needs to internal stakeholders and ensure compliance with specifications for all types, sizes, and variations
Review and deliver creative assets and materials to external media partners
Create and implement tracking codes for accurate campaign performance measurement
Monitor campaign budgets, audience targeting, and ad tracking to align with media plans
Provide campaign analysis, recommend optimizations, and identify insights using analytics dashboards

What we're looking for:

13 years of experience in paid and/or organic digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Google Ads, or other programmatic DSPs.
An understanding of Ad tech and analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Platform, or other relevant Digital Marketing tools and social media networks.
Passionate about driving campaign performance and achieving KPIs in fastpaced environments
1+ years of experience in planning or buying media is considered an asset
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
