In your role, you will:

Ensure the proper planning of the daily operations of our sector and follow up on them.
Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
Resolve issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
Ensure communication with other departments for any problems or improvements related to their sector.
Ensure continuous improvement using the concepts of operational excellence and the problemsolving process.
Track your employees' training and evaluate their performance and progress.
Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication.
Exercise your leadership while respecting the vision and values of the material organization and of Bombardier.
Coach your team to develop talent in the organization.
Go and see before, during and after the procedures as needed.
Participate in the development of annual budgets and meet deadlines.
Keep your team's training up to date.
You have a DEP or a bachelor's degree combined with a minimum of three years of experience in a maintenance environment.
You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in management.
You master the Lean concepts.
You master Maximo and MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Outlook.
You have good communication skills in French and English.
You have a good ability to make decisions and mobilize your staff.
