Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our growing team at str8firefarms in Brampton, Ontario, CA.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers on a daily basis.

You will also develop strategies to proactively facilitate customer inquiries, and feedback, and address any customer issues that may arise.

Compensation:

$20 - $40 hourly


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor service levels, provide feedback to staff, and identify areas of improvement.
  • Establish and maintain customer service policies and standards that meet customer requirements and organizational objectives.
  • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner, utilizing problemsolving and followup techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain customer service reports, metrics, tracking, and analysis.
  • Provide staff with training, support, and guidance to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Two to four years of relevant work experience in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
  • Canada Work Authorization
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings when necessary
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Experience in conflict resolution
  • Ability to empathize with customers
