Duties and Responsibilities

Welcome guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance as needed.
Manage incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals or departments, and maintain correspondence logs in spreadsheets
Input customer and vehicle data into various programs to ensure all sold vehicles have been delivered
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Monitor and restock office supplies, brochures, and promotional materials.
Process payments when needed for services or products, maintain payment records in appropriate areas, and provide receipts to customers or clients.
Participate in events both on site and off site.
Highly selfmotivated and hard working
Strives for harmony and teamwork within all departments
Attention to detail
Adhering to Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, such as employee records, customer data, and business strategies.

Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
