F45 Ajax Central is looking a Registered Dietitian to work in a gym atmosphere along side our Certified Personal Trainer (Coaches) and assess members nutritional needs, develop personalized diet plans, and provide guidance on healthy eating habits.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Nutritional Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' nutritional status, including dietary habits, medical history, using an InBody 270 as a tool to assess body composition, evaluate nutrient intake and identify nutritional deficiencies or excesses.
  • Personalized Diet Planning: Develop individualized diet plans based on members' specific needs, medical conditions, and dietary restrictions. Incorporate evidencebased guidelines and recommendations into the plan to promote optimal nutrition and overall health.
  • Nutritional Counseling: Educate and counsel patients on healthy eating habits, portion control, and meal planning. Provide guidance on modifying dietary choices to support weight management, manage medical conditions, and improve overall wellbeing.
  • Nutritional Education: Develop and deliver educational materials, workshops, and presentations on various nutrition topics. Conduct group sessions to promote healthy eating habits, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.

Coaching Team:
Collaborate with Personal Trainers to ensure coordinated and multidisciplinary approaches to member management.

  • Memeber Monitoring and Followup: Monitor patients' progress and compliance with prescribed diet plans. Conduct followup assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of dietary interventions and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes.

Quality Improvement:
Stay updated on current research and advancements in the field of nutrition. Contribute to research studies, quality improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice guidelines.

  • Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of member assessments, interventions, and outcomes. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory documentation standards.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure or registration as a Dietitian by the relevant regulatory body.
  • Strong knowledge of human nutrition, biochemistry, and medical nutrition therapy.
