RRC is seeking a qualified person to join our proposal team at our U.S Offices in Round Rock Texas or Canada offices.

RRC is a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that specializes in energy projects, particularly renewable energy, throughout the United States. Essential Responsibilities

• Manage and expedite the receipt of pricing information and technical input from SMEs.
• Manage the compilation of input from various sources.
• Be able to review client Requests for Proposal (RFP) documents and identify information important for the SME to review.
• Assist in the creation of materials that supplement proposals such as resumes, and simple PowerPoint graphics.

Job Requirements

• Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Able to judge the proper way to handle various proposalprocessing decisions based on general guidelines.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to take direction and multitask
• Able to input proposal related information into the company CRM system.

Desired Background

• Education or work experience in the construction industry.
• Work experience in the utility solar energy industry.
• Prior experience writing technical proposals.
