    • We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

    About the Role

    • This is a critical position within our Mechanical Procurement department, responsible for managing a portfolio of goods and services.
      • ">
    • You will work closely with internal customers to develop and implement sourcing plans, negotiate contracts, and analyze bids.
      • ">
    • Your key objective will be to achieve cost savings initiatives, reduce total ownership costs, and ensure continuity of supply.
      • ">
    • You will also lead continuous improvement processes with internal customers and external suppliers.

    Requirements

    ">
      ">
    • A university degree in a discipline with substantial quantitative content, such as supply chain management or economics.
      • ">
    • At least 2-5 years' experience in sourcing and procurement or related field, or strong business knowledge and negotiation skills.
      • ">
    • Demonstrated overall business acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking.
      • ">
    • Strong written and oral communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and knowledge of SAP and ARIBA.
      • ">
    • Excellent organizational skills, ability to work well in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
