Job summary

Fulfills transactions internal business partner external customer inquiries and requests andor audit reconciliation activities Follows procedures to resolve internal business partner andor external customer inquiries requests and issues Resolves complex issues in accordance with Bank industry standards with a focus on up to a three-month time horizon Act as a subject matter expert to the team Recommends implements process improvements Acts as point of approval or resolution for escalated issues from more junior staff Coordinates executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives includes tracking metrics milestones Supports development tailored messaging may include writing editing distributing communications Executes routine tasks eg service requests transactions queries etc within relevant service level agreements Executes work deliver timely accurate efficient service Organizes work information ensure accuracy completeness Processes fulfills transactions conducts audits reconciliations other activities meet established priorities deadlines Prepares forwards customer referral documentation appropriate partner Answers inquiries resolves routine issues escalates more senior team members Collaborates internal external stakeholders deliver business objectives Maintains current knowledge personal banking credit card industries practices trends Provides advice internal business partners peers support completion processes activities established procedures Gathers formats data regular adhoc reports dashboards Supports change management varying scope type tasks typically focused execution sustainment activities Follows through risk compliance processes policies ensure safeguard customers assets maintain privacy act best interest Maintains confidentiality customer Bank information Identifies reports suspicious patterns activity suspected related money laundering Protects Banks assets compliance regulatory legal ethical requirements Complies legal regulatory requirements including AntiMoney Laundering Terrorist Financing reporting Financial Consumer Agency Canada FCAC Privacy Act Completes standardized tasks supervision Performs initial problem solving given ruleslimits escalates when required Broader work accountabilities assigned needed
