Full -Time Direct Sales Team Lead for Saskatchewan that will be based in Regina.

As a Team Lead:

You will act as a team leader to support the direct sales team in the achievement of individual and team goals through effective goal setting, encouragement, and coaching.
You will be responsible for individual sales as well as supporting the team sales.
You will be responsible for the promotion and sale of Access Communications products and services including TV, Internet, Home Phone and Security.
You are passionate about sales and building relationships with customers.
You are an outgoing people person with a friendly cando attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

Provides coaching, training, and support to representatives on sales processes and products and prepares reports on sales achievements.
Make outbound cold calls and followup calls to potential and existing customers to sell new services and crosssell/upsell to existing customers.
Overcomes objections of prospective customers. Emphasizes product/service features and benefits, quotes price, discusses credit terms, and prepares installation work orders.
Perform other duties as assigned. Where necessary, supports marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.

Competencies you have for success:

The incumbent requires a minimum grade of 12 education.
35 years of experience in a sales focused environment. Direct or telephone sales experience is required.
Experience working with and supporting a sales team would be an asset. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to work independently are essential.
Must have a valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle. Must be available to work evenings and weekends and some statutory holidays.
