About the role
We are looking for a talented and motivated _Product Analyst_ to join our Product Development team.

As a Product Analyst, you will report directly to our Chief Product Officer and support the company's growth by aligning product development efforts with business goals and delivering valuable solutions to meet customer needs.

You will demonstrate success by effectively translating business and technical requirements into development tasks, enabling on-time and on-spec project delivery, and driving product innovation to align with the expected business values.

Your insights and ideas will be valued and contribute to the success of our products.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal and external clients, management, and software development team to understand business requirements and processes.
Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories to guide the software development process.
Assist in the design and documentation of software and system specifications.
Evaluate existing systems and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct business process modeling and generate applicable scenarios and documents for the software development team.
Assist in the prioritization of new features and bug fixes based on business value and user needs.
Facilitate communication between the client and the technical team.
Work with Quality Assurance (QA) team to design and execute comprehensive test cases.
Support the training of clients and endusers of our products.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a SaaS company.
Excellent understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of business process modeling and reengineering.
Understanding of systems engineering concepts.
Experience with project management, user acceptance testing, and basic UX/UI principles

Preferred Qualifications (a plus):

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience using diagram tools such as Lucidchart for process modeling and visualization.
Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma for UI/UX design review and iteration.
Knowledge of project management tools like Jira or Asana for task tracking and project coordination.

Pay:
Base Salary ($55,000 - $65,000) + Commission + Stock Options
