    Lead Project Manager – Hybrid


    Work arrangement: Hybrid – work from office at least 3 days a week.

    Compensation: Estimated annual base salary range $87,990 – $116,578, with additional annual incentive plan (AIP) offering a target bonus of 10% of base earnings. Salary determined by performance, experience, and other compensable factors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Define project scope and develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
    • Prepare financial forecasts and monitor project financials, reporting regularly to leadership.
    • Manage scope, schedule, and cost with minimal supervision.
    • Create and maintain deliverables, coordinating completion to meet stage gates.
    • Plan technical design approach and lead밖 creation of design specifications.
    • Coordinate cross‑functional teams and stakeholders through regular meetings, ensuring alignment and mitigating risks.
    • Report on cost metrics and overall project performance.
    • Communicate project status to all stakeholders Mw students.
    • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
    • Conduct daily stand‑ups and backlog meetings for sprints, communicating results.
    • Coordinate steering committee and task force meetings, providing minutes and tracking action items.
    • Perform additional duties as required.

    Required qualifications:

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in project management, business management, technology, engineering.
    • PMP or Prince2 certification required.
    • 4+ years of project supervision or project management experience.
    • Experience with engineering projects and technology transfer projects considered an asset.
    • Strong project management, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
    • Proven leadership and influence on project stakeholders.Strong interpersonal, conflict‑resolution,commended abilities.

    Physical effort: Normal to frequent minor physical effort including standing, sitting, walking, climbing stairs and lifting/moving up to 20 lbs.

    Work environment: Acceptable with minor or almost no challenging conditions; typical daily variations may include undesirable events.
