This position coordinates moves and changes to Millard Health's desktop workstation environment including lease returns, system configuration, and access control.

This position works in collaboration with management and staff to identify, plan and implement change and improvement initiatives required to realize business objectives.


Your responsibilities:


Lead and coordinate all internal staff moves and changes, including hardware, software, peripherals, office ergonomics, system configuration, and system access control requirements at Millard Health.

Manage user administration for Millard Health's Microsoft Dynamics-based MDC system, ensuring accurate system setup, including Bookable Resources, Teams, Crews, Scheduling, and other related aspects.

Coordinate the quarterly lease return process for Millard Health, including location verification, approval processes, and hardware listing updates.
Fulfill other requests related to software installation requirements, meeting room projectors, and any other equipment, hardware, or software needs.
Collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders in the organization that own various aspects of the Move Coordinator business process. Ensure defined organizational business processes are followed while also exploring business process improvement opportunities for mutual benefit.

Act as a key resource representing Millard Health in WCB system development projects, system enhancements, and software upgrades that impact the Move Coordinator function.

This may include assignments such as designing and writing test scripts, executing test scripts, coordinating BAT, and supplying information such as hardware lists.

Other duties as assigned such as the opportunity to learn and receive training on the forms and template development function.


Your experience and skills:

A post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Management, Business, or Computer Science is preferred. However, a suitable combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Multiple years of experience in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment that involves information technology.
Ability to take initiative and work independently is essential.
Must have the capability to manage multiple competing priorities while accurately completing tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
The ability to interact, communicate, and provide services to stakeholders at all levels of the organization is a must.

Salary:
Pay Grade 9 - $61,139 to $71,904 per annum
